Xenva provided Sciona its first CEO and CFO who helped to build the management team, brought along new non-executive directors, and most importantly, achieved funding for the company several times over.

Sciona moved to the United States in 2003 as it became clear that the US would provide the best market for Sciona’s products and services. Xenva helped the company to re-locate, to set up new US companies, to deal with the complex tax issues arising from such a move, to obtain new funding from the US and Europe, and to find its new US based CEO. Xenva has continued to provide a Chairman to the Sciona Board.
