 The Xenva Team provides access to a wide range of skills and experience in the companies we work with and we pride ourselves on our commitment.
We can play a number of roles in our client companies such as:
- Working as non-executive and executive directors (CEOs, CFOs, Commercial Directors)
- Working either as a CEO or mentoring the CEO and the senior members of the management team
- Providing fund raising support and deal execution including due diligence
- Providing a number of functional services such as:
- Financial management and financial modelling
- IP management
- Company secretarial services
- Management of contracting processes (licensing, collaborative research etc)
- Compilation of grant applications and management project consortia
- Personnel administration and management support
- Working as part-time Finance Director where a strategic approach to financial management is needed
