Tuula’s background in Corporate Finance and International Economics led her career into international banking. After a period at the treasury of Valmet Corporation in Finland managing the money market portfolio and her MBA at IMD in Switzerland, she worked as Group Finance Director of Valmet Automation and Regional Finance Manager for ICI.

She co-founded Paras Limited, an international boutique management consultancy, and worked in particular in the area of environmental technologies and environmental management in the process industries.

She joined Xenva Limited in 1998 as a principal providing financial management, treasury and company secretarial expertise for the client companies.
